In this nei gung method the dormant potential of the students body, mind and spirit are awakened. This method is also referred to as the "spontaneous bliss" practice and is the subject of Lama Dorje's first book
Kunlun Nei Gung is a rare form of Taoist breathing practice that has its origins in the 7th century. This practice was created by a Taoist nun while searching for self re-enlightenment in the Kunlun Mountains of China. This practice – the search for the secret – has both inner and outer meaning. It signifies the universal inside (microcosm) and universal outside (macrocosm) which through practice become one, revealing to the inspirant the "secret within the secret".
This treasure of re-enlightenment is composed of three basic levels of breathing. The first level opens the body's nervous system, which is comprised of 72,000 nerves or nadis. The result of this opening is the awakening of the golden dragon, or magnetic body.
The second level involves breath retention practice that generates and circulates the body's magnetic field, removes impurities and awakens the brain's dormant potentials.
The third level composes "waterfall" meditation that brings the practitioner back to the physical level of being. This part is for calming and relaxing the body, mind and sprit of a person.
The end result of Kunlun Spontaneous Nei Gung system is to awake the practitioner's magnetic potentials, the "bliss-body", the expression of the dormant potential of the mind, and to understand the one law that governs all matter, energy, and form.
This practice is not written in any form. It is an oral tradition and must be transferred from teacher to student by a "mind-to-mind" form of transmission. There are hidden keys given to the inspirant after each level of practice is mastered. With over 30 years of Taoist, Tibetan, Mongolian, Hawaiian and American Indian traditions, I am able to improve and improvise on the original practice and make it more adaptable and useable for modern men and women.
What to Expect
When the Level I activates, practitioner will experience tremendous heat and sweating. Uncontrollable trembling, laughing and crying may follow this. This is due to the body is being physically and mentally purified through the process. Other manifestations include, speaking in other tongues, light manifestation around the body, levitation, and inner, or third eye opening. Many will have heat experiences, some may have visions of divine beings, others will have the third eye open so that they will see a bright golden-white eye of light. These are but a few of the experiences.
Practitioner will continue to do Level I practice in Level II. The purpose of this level is to generate and circulate magnetic energy through the body. When the energy is at its highest, magnetic power is able to flow through the body. We will utilize both hand mudra and breath holding techniques for a period of time so that one can activate the magnetic current and allow the magnetic potentials to be emanated through the fingertips, and out of the body.
Level III is to bring the practitioner back to physical, mental and spiritual balance. This level consists "waterfall" meditation, which is combined with a sitting posture on the ground and a specific hand mudra. By creating a vision of a waterfall, the meditation reverses the magnetic field of the body, bringing a slowing down and cooling affect on the body, mind and spirit.
Throughout practice, some people are able to experience "death". This simply means that the sacred light is "divinely" touching the practitioner. The heartbeat will disappear, the breathing will stop for a period of time, but the person is in one of the five levels of bliss, and smiling as this is occurring. Because this is the natural state of a human being as we have go through a deep cleansing of mind, body and spirit.
Further, the magnetic current that one experiences during the practice is not Kundalini, but a more refined form of energy. Basically, one is tapping into the cosmic energy. This energy can sometimes be referred to as ultraviolet-3 radiation, which can only be found in the depths of space.
Of all the years I have taught about this practice, the result has been amazing. People who come into this class with an open mind and are willing to "surrender" will attain almost immediate results.
Remember the old master's saying that "for every great high point in your awakening, there will be low points". You have to come back to your normal world and life. You will see things within yourself that you don’t want to see. The mind and body trash that you have hidden away will be shown to you. This is part of knowing yourself, you have to see the negative things in yourself, and change them yourself.
Everyone who has learned this method has been transformed in many special ways. When you change your magnetic energy, the D.N.A. of the body changes and gives the body a new program that will lead to higher purpose or enlightenment. As a result, you change environment so that you are supported both inside and outside yourself (i.e. the balance of micro cosmos and macro cosmos).
2. Celestial Chi Gung
Celestial Chi Gung is a sitting meditation that allows one to tap into the energy of the universe via black hole. Using vibrant visualization method, one mentally is absorbing the energy through the valley in-between the lobes of the brain. This Celestial Chi Gung helps to purify all the main structures of the brain and allows the built up power for Kunlun Level I practice. Furthermore, this practice also awakes the dormant potential of the brain.
There are mainly three standing postures. The first one is at the head level, which represents the "heaven". The second one is at the heart level, which represents the "man". The last one is at the lower abdomen, which represent the "earth". By holding different hand postures, these three energy centers can be unified magnetically.
Scientific Explanation (at least, the closest science has come)
Technically, a black hole absorbs matter into a rotating vortex of magnetic energy. However, a black hole also emits waves and particles into space. One can use this form of energy for his personal awakening.
Benefits
Through this practice, the valley in-between the lobes of the brain will start to resonate with the "black hole" radiation. This will combine the magnetic potentials and able to flow the energy into the body. This practice will empower one to a higher spiritual-magnetic potential.
All of the aforementioned practices work holistically towards self-generated enlightenment. It is important for one to verify with the teacher whether this practice can be practice together with other forms of awakening.
3. Maoshan Three-Ones Meditation
This practice originated in Maoshan at Guangshi, China. Maoshan is also known as the Sorcery Mountain. Maoshan Sect is known as the Shang-Ching Taoist clan.
This meditative practice uses color visualization of the upper, middle and lower Dan Tien energy within the magnetic structure of the body. Sound is also used along with the color visualization in order to create stronger effect. Hand postures, or mudras are used at the same time to connect body, mind and spirit in this meditation.
Benefits
Practitioner of this meditation will gain sensitivity to the energy and motion in each of the chakras, or Dan Tiens. This practice also flows nicely with the Kunlun practices. As a result, it helps one to have deeper understanding and experience.
This practice also leads to a deeper meditative ability that can promote better focus, a deeper understanding of inner energy, and an understanding one's hidden potentials such as healing the body, mind and spirit, and other dormant abilities.
4. Wudang Temple form of Chakra Awakening
Meridian system has a 2500-year history in China. Traditional Chinese medicine recognizes a subtle energy system by which Chi is circulated through the body. This transportation system is referred to as the channels or meridians.
According to the Taoist tradition, there are fourteen main meridians in the body, six are yin and six are yang, with two special channels. Each meridian relates to an organ within the body or special awakening purpose.
Wudang Taoist tradition utilizes these fourteen meridians along with three main energy channels (that are situated within the center of the spine, and also on the left and right side of the spine) to increase and strength the Chi of oneself. When the three energy channels are activated, the practitioner will reach a critical saturation of Chi within the fourteen meridians.
Details & Benefits
Three methods will be covered in this class.
The first one is the cleansing palm, which is a slapping method applied to the meridians of the body. This method moves and purifies the lymph glands and Chi of the body. The result is better health, a better immune system, and nice warmth to the body. Very intense and very effective.
The second method is the 3-1-2- method. Prof. Zhu Zong Xiang of Beijing Meridian Center has been study meridian for the last 30 years and developed this simple meridian exercise program for everyone. This method uses three main points of stimulation, the first being Hegu (L14), the second point being Neiguan (P6), and the third point being Zusanli (St36). A simple breathing method is then practiced, followed by 2 legs exercise to finish the set.
The results of the 3-1-2, are better health, recovery from degenerative illnesses, and longevity of life. This method is suitable for all people.
The last subject to be covered is a form called "Compression Breathing". This method will awaken the dormant fire energy of the lower Chakras by compressing the nerve channels (Vegas nerve) on the left and right side of the spine. When this occurs, the body's electrical potential changes to a rising magnetic potential that moves upward through the spine. This leads to awakening of the Kundalini energy, which can be used to heal, detoxify, and develop the practitioner to higher levels of potential.
